Ingredients

2 bunches of radishes, washed and dried

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . In a small bowl, mix together the herbs, pepper, salt and olive oil. Place the radishes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the radishes and toss to coat evenly. Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time. Remove from oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy!.
