Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, lightly beaten
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, salt and pepper, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and ground turkey. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the hot skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a slow cooker and cover with lid. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until cheese is melted and meatballs are cooked through. Serve warm with your favorite sides!.
