Green Tomato Salsa Verde

How to make?
Ingredients
4 cups green tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup white onion, diced
2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, cilantro, garlic, jalapeños, onion and green tomatoes. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
