Roasted Asparagus with Soy-Sesame Glaze

Ingredients
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . In a small bowl, mix together sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Place asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly. Pour the sesame-soy glaze over the asparagus and toss to coat evenly. Roast in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until tender-crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!.
