Ingredients
2 ounces Pisco
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
4 ounces pineapple juice
1/4 ounce grenadine syrup
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds, and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
