1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup gluten-free all purpose flour blend
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
For the Filling:
6 tablespoons butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk or cream
Directions
Adjust oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 350oF. Line an 18 by 13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
