Ingredients

1 lb ground lamb

1/2 cup diced onion

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 pita breads, cut into wedges

Tzatziki sauce, for serving

Directions

In a large nonreactive bowl mix everything together, coating lamb well. Place in a plastic bag or cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let marinate overnight in fridge.
