Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can diced green chiles

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups crushed corn tortilla chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Spread crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Top with 1 cup of cheese. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, green chiles, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over the cheese layer in the baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
