Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

¾ cup granulated sugar

¾ cup light brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs, at room temperature

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 cups freeze dried blueberries, crushed into small pieces

½ cup buttermilk powder or nonfat dry milk powder

½ cup mini white chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F . Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, buttermilk powder , and crushed freeze dried blueberries. Set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugars on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until just combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour until well combined. With the mixer on low speed, slowly add in the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined . Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make sure everything is evenly incorporated. Add in the white chocolate chip mixture and mix until just combined . Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out 2 tablespoon sized balls of dough onto prepared baking.
