1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup kimchi, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Adjust oven rack to upper position, place a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet on it, and preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
