Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon hot mustard powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
8 pretzel buns or bao buns, split in half horizontally
Sliced green onions for garnish
Directions
In a large container, mix together all of the marinade ingredients until well combined. Add pork and toss to cover with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning at least once.
