Ingredients
1/2 cup ancho chile powder
1/4 cup chipotle chile powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Directions
Toast ancho chili in dry skillet over medium heat until reddish in spots, 1 to 2 minutes. Add stock and bring to a boil boil. Transfer to blender or food processor and let sit until softened, about 15 minutes. Blend until smooth.
