Bourbon-Roasted Peach Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 4 packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup white sugar
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

For the Bourbon Roasted Peaches: Adjust oven racks to upper-middle and lower-middle positions and preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil.
