2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

4 packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Adjust oven racks to upper-middle and lower-middle positions and preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil.
