1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring often, until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes; lower heat as necessary to prevent browning.
