Ingredients
1 lb. boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions
Place cumin seeds in a cast iron skillet over medium heat and toast until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Transfer 1 1/2 tablespoons of the toasted cumin seeds to a spice grinder and grind into a fine powder.
