Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 cups cooked white rice, cooled to room temperature
1 cup kimchi, chopped
6 large flour tortillas
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, Asian pear, garlic, and ginger. When sugar has dissolved, add beef, scallion, and onion slices to bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
