Ball Park Nachos From "Ultimate Nachos"
1 bag tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 can refried beans
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
Sour cream and salsa for garnish
Soak the raisins in water for 20 minutes to plump. Drain the liquid from the raisins before using.
