Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Caramel Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Place milk, water, eggs, and salt into the bowl of a food processor or blender and pulse five times to combine. Add flour and butter and blend 1 minute. Place batter in refrigerator and chill for two hours.
