1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and preheat to 340 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8- by 3-inch springform pan and wrap the bottom half of the pan with foil to create a waterproof seal . Set into a roasting pan.
