Ingredients
2 packages of ramen noodles
1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup diced ham
1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/4 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook ramen noodles until tender and springy. Drain in a colander, rinse under cold running water, and let drip dry. Set aside. .
