2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
For the Dipping Sauce:
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
Directions
Mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and vegetable oil in a medium mixing bowl. Coat the steaks with the soy sauce mixture and let them marinate while you work on the dipping sauce.
