Ingredients

1 package of vegan bacon

1/2 cup of vegan cream cheese

1/4 cup of nutritional yeast

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 pound of spaghetti or other pasta noodles

3 tablespoons of vegan butter

2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

In a blender, combine tofu, sauerkraut brine, nutritional yeast, miso, cayenne or chili flakes, smoked paprika, black pepper, and vinegar or lemon juice. Blend at high speed, stopping to scrape down sides if necessary, until a very smooth, silky sauce forms. Season with salt. Add 1/4 cup olive oil and blend in at low speed just until emulsified.
