Ingredients
2 pounds beef short ribs
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
If using boneless short ribs, cut into four 8 ounce portions, about 2 inches wide and 6 inches long apiece. If using English-cut short ribs, use a sharp knife to remove meat from bones. Save bones for another use.
