Ingredients
1 cube steak
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Place one steak in a resealable plastic bag. Using a meat pounder, rolling pin, or small skillet, pound steak out to an even 1/8- to 1/4-inch thickness. Repeat with remaining 3 steaks. Season steaks with salt.
