Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled and grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
With a teaspoon, scoop out the seeds of the cucumbers. You should be left with a neat half-moon shape. Slice them thin, but not paper-thin—they should still have some crunch.
