Ingredients
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Thai bird chile, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together water and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add in lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, and chili and stir to combine. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
