1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup dulce de leche
Sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions
Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 10- by 6-inch brownie pan and line the bottom and long sides of the pan with parchment paper.
