Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, stir together egg white, cornstarch, rice wine, and salt until thoroughly mixed. Place sliced pork in a bowl pour cornstarch mixture on top, tossing to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
