Ingredients
1 lb cod fillets, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 yellow squash, sliced into thin strips
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, thoroughly combine egg white, cornstarch, rice wine, and salt. Place cod in a bowl and pour cornstarch mixture on top, tossing gently to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
