Ingredients
4 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon salt
6 to 6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add eggs, yolks, water, honey, and oil, stirring with a flexible spatula to form a shaggy dough. Fit the mixer with a dough hook and knead on low , mixing until the dough is smooth and begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl, about 10 minutes.
