Ingredients
2-3 pounds of bones
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 onion, quartered
2 carrots, roughly chopped
2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
Optional: fresh herbs like parsley and thyme
Filtered water to cover the bones
Directions
