Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Zest of one lemon
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup buttermilk or plain yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 8 inch round cake pans, or two loaf pans and line with parchment.
