Ingredients

2 cups pretzels, crushed

6 tablespoons butter, melted

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons lime zest

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 large eggs, separated

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Line a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, allowing it to hang generously over the edges. Combine pretzel crumbs, butter, and light brown sugar in medium bowl. Press mixture into bottom and 2 inches up sides of prepared loaf pan. Place pan in freezer.
