Barbecue: Burnt Ends Recipe

Ingredients
2 to 3 pounds of beef brisket, cut into cubes
1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Cut smoked brisket point into 1/2-inch cubes and place in a large disposable tray. Add in 1 cup of barbecue and brisket drippings, if reserved, and toss to thoroughly coat brisket pieces.
