4 large potatoes, peeled and shredded

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, pepper, and salt. Add shredded potatoes to the bowl and mix until evenly coated with the oil mixture. Grease a baking sheet with butter and spread the potatoes in an even layer on the sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking time. Enjoy!.
