Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup buttermilk or plain yogurt
4 ounces semi sweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
Directions
Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat Bundt pan with baking spray. Combine butter, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and water in medium saucepan and bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring, until mixture is homogenous, about 2 minutes.
