Ingredients
1 pound lump crabmeat, picked over for shells
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine half of crabmeat with mayonnaise, panko, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper and stir until thoroughly combined.
