Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons whole milk or half and half
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
4 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
Directions
Adjust the oven racks to the upper-middle and lower-middle positions and heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl.
