2 heads of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the Buttermilk Herb Dressing:
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
1 teaspoon minced fresh dill leaves
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Arrange the greens on a serving platter, and top them with the carrots, radishes, red onion, and egg.
