Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and set aside. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and stir until blended. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and walnuts . Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula or spoon. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares to serve.
