Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 jar of salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
Place monterey jack and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl and toss with cornstarch until evenly coated. Set aside.
