1 prepared graham cracker crust

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 eggs

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . In a medium bowl, beat together the salt, cream, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted chocolate and sugar until well blended. Add the butter to the chocolate mixture and blend until creamy. Gradually add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring constantly until completely blended. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust and bake for 25 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!.
