Ingredients
2 cans of tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated young ginger
1 teaspoon finely chopped lemongrass
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
Drain off most of the oil that comes with the tuna, retaining a few tablespoons to keep the salad moist. Place tuna in a mixing bowl and flake it with a fork.
