2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half

Directions

Place chocolate in medium bowl. Heat cream in small saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Pour over chocolate and let sit 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, whisk until smooth, then chill until set, about 1 hour.
