Ingredients

1/4 ounce gin

1/4 ounce Cointreau or triple sec

1/4 ounce Lillet Blanc or Cocchi Americano

1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

2 dashes absinthe or pastis

1 dash orange bitters

Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker; fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
