Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt

2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried well

For the crumb topping:

1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces

Directions

Combine sugar and brown sugar in medium bowl. With fingertips, rub lemon zest into sugar until mixture is moist. Whisk in flour, salt, and dried blueberries. With fork, stir in melted butter; reserve.
