1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
Directions
adjust oven rack to center position and preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the sugar onto the lined baking sheet and bake until the edges are just beginning to melt, 3 to 5 minutes.
