How to make?
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
2 Chinese sausages, sliced into thin rounds
2 cups cooked white rice
1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add the slices of Chinese sausage to the wok and slowly cook over medium-low heat in order to render as much of the fat as possible. Move the slices of sausage around in the wok, taking care that the sausage doesn't scorch.
