Ingredients
2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup warm water
Directions
In a small bowl, combine water and yeast. Stir to combine. Use a liquid measuring cup. The water should be between 110-115 degrees F. Let the yeast dissolve in the water while you measure your dry ingredients.
