Ingredients
1 pound ziti pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and position rack in center. Boil pasta in a medium pot of salted boiling water until about halfway cooked . Reserve 1/2 cup pasta-cooking water, then drain pasta.
